Our Rescue Reads are blind dates with a past - gently preloved books that have been rescued from being overlooked, shelf trophies or one time reads. Our Rescue Reads may have had relationships before you and like any good love story, they might carry a few tiny signs of it.

Every Rescue Read is carefully chosen to be either a standalone or the first book in a series so you never have to worry about spoilers or being dropped into the middle of someone else’s story.
What does “pre-loved” mean?
These books have been rescued from being forgotten - once loved and now ready for a new reader. You may notice light signs of wear such as small marks, folded page or a previous owner’s stamp at the front. But nothing heavy - no annotations, no cracked spines, no damage that takes away from the story.
